OUR BEANS

We roast specifically for our coffee shop, dialling in each batch so it works beautifully on espresso and with milk.

Because we roast for our own shop, freshness and consistency matter to us every day - the coffee you buy online is the same coffee we serve across the bar.

From smooth and comforting to bright and expressive, these are the three coffees we roast year-round.

CASA KOKOON - medium

caramel, lemon, pistachio

Origin: Brazil & Nicaragua

Our everyday coffee - smooth, balanced and easy to enjoy. Designed to work just as well at home as it does in our coffee shop.

EL BOMBO - medium

apricot, honey, molasses, cocoa

Origin: Colombia

A brighter coffee with moderate acidity and a smooth, sweet finish.

NUEVA SEGOVIA - dark

toffee, orange, toasted nuts

Origin: Nicaragua

Bold, rich and full-bodied, with low acidity and plenty of depth. Ideal for those who enjoy a stronger style of coffee.

OUR STORY

Hi, we’re Natalie and Kenny - the people behind Kokoon Coffee.

We started roasting coffee because we wanted full control over what we served in our coffee shop. What began as a way to improve our own coffee quickly became a passion for roasting, learning, and sharing great coffee with our local community.

We keep things small on purpose. Every batch is roasted by us, every coffee is something we’re proud to serve, and every bag that leaves the roastery is coffee we drink ourselves.

If you visit Kokoon Home & Coffee, chances are you’ll see one of us behind the bar or nearby - feel free to say hello.
